The dimension and tolerance of products: for the sheet material, the length and width are all at the tolerance; for the reel material, length : +30/-0mm, thickness: 0.4-1.0¡À0.05mm, width: +5.0/-0mm 1.5-3.0¡À0.10mm, width: 0.4-0.8¡À0.05mm 3.5-5.0¡À0.15mm 0.9-1.5¡À0.08mm 5.0-10.0¡À0.20mm, there are different varieties of products such as the magnetic distance with multi-poles will be 1.5¡ª¡ª6.0mm and so on.
¡¡¡¡We could coat PVC with the color of white, yellow, red or blue on the side with weaker magnet according to the customers¡¯ request, also we can coat the back plastic (including the domestic products and imported products) according to the requirement. The magnetic cover of the magnetic sheet can be coated with UV according to the custom¡¯s requirement to make the surface more smoothly, which can also protect the surface. The magnetic sheet is easy to process and to be cut into all kinds of requested shapes with knife, scissors and so on. The A4 magnetic paper produced in our company is only 0.26 mm thick (the plastic magnet is 0.15mm and the paper is 0.11mm), which can be directly printed with images in common printer.
